All videos downloaded through this service remain the intellectual property of TikTok and the original content creators. We do not claim ownership of any content retrieved through our platform.
2. Permitted Use
Videos downloaded through QuickSaver are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, modify, resell, or use the downloaded videos for commercial or profit-generating activities. Any misuse of downloaded content is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Purpose of This Service
This app was developed solely as a way for users to save TikTok videos they love before TikTok is banned in the United States or otherwise becomes inaccessible. QuickSaver is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Users should ensure that their use of this tool aligns with local and federal regulations.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
By using this service, you agree to comply with:
- TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- All applicable U.S. laws regarding digital content and intellectual property rights.
- Any future laws or regulations restricting access to TikTok or similar content platforms.
5. Temporary Video Retention Policy
QuickSaver temporarily retains downloaded videos for 10 minutes to allow users time to retrieve them. After 10 minutes, all retained videos are automatically deleted from our system. We do not permanently store any downloaded content or retain any user-generated history.
6. Disclaimer
QuickSaver is an independent tool with no affiliation to TikTok. If TikTok imposes new restrictions that prevent downloading, we may be required to discontinue this service. We are not responsible for how users handle downloaded content once retrieved.
